For Waking Dreams Media’s (www.wakingdreamsmedia.com) No Brainer commercial, I developed two refined CGI sequences that articulate the narrator’s inner monologue with precision and wit. The first sequence overlays a modelled 3D brain onto the actor’s head, animated to display motion-tracked callouts “1 exaflop,” “86 billion neurons,” “1 quadrillion ops/sec”, presenting scientific data as a visual metaphor. The second sequence evolves into a schematic skull scan rendered in wireframe, punctuated by a bold typographic diagnosis: “EXTREMELY THICK!” These shots were designed to integrate seamlessly into the live-action footage, serving both the narrative and brand messaging with intelligent restraint, and elevating the commercial through clarity, purpose, and visual economy.
